The Phantom of the Opera & Las Vegas

Shelly, Dan, Me, Eddie, Keri, & Joe @ The Phantom of the Opera at the Venetian

Cami joined us last minute and it was so fun to dress up and play!

A group of about 12 of us went down to Las Vegas this past weekend to see The Phantom of the Opera, which I have never seen before, and loved.Being there was just  I don't know how else to describe it but to say it is an aesethic experience. The sets, costumes, musical score, singing - all were just incredible! The whole experience of The Phatom of the Opera carries you away.

Vegas I can always do without, it is a dirty, yucky city, but going with wonderful, clean people is wonderful as well. I was reminded while going to church on Sunday of the sharp and wonderful contrast between the world and God's plan for us, and the saftey of gospel living.

My roomate Keri was in a cast from a foot injury and it was actually quite halarious wheeling her around the strip.

I'd love to see that show, even more since reading your review! I bet wheeling your friend around in a wheelchair was much more fun than Andy trying to get his 3 month pregnant wife to walk all around the smokey streets trying to find a nice, but cheap place to stay on a Thursday, which is Vegas is considered the more expensive "weekend rate" - that was our last experience and I was so sick it was miserable. Ha ha. Glad you had fun!!!
